RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 FÍO Athletics Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Something not right? No problem. Let us know by emailing us at support@fioathletics.co, and we’ll get it straightened out. If you cannot find what you are looking for here, please check out our FAQs
  • Exchanges & Refunds are available within the U.A.E. The first exchange is FREE, however multiple exchanges following will carry a 20 AED delivery charge each time. Please note that on SALE items, we only offer exchanges within the first 3 days of purchase, and refunds will not be accepted. 
  • All items sold during The Black Friday Sale will NOT be entitled to a free exchange or refund, as items are already heavily discounted. If you would like to exchange an item from Black Friday, it will come with a 30 AED delivery charge.
  • For Refunds, item(s) must be unworn, unwashed & still in its original packaging. All labels must still be attached to return the goods. 
  • Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged if the care label has been cut/removed. 
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • You have 7 days from the date you received your items to make a return. 
  • Orders part paid on card & gift card will receive refunds to the gift card first.  
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process a refund.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process an exchange.
  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds, but in return will receive store credit.
